Return

Final Act

I wanted to do something a little bit different, to make people think 'what the hell's going on here' - get the pun! It's something silly I guess inventing oddball characters and hopefully giving them something funny to say. It's a piss take really about the accusations back in the eighties that bands put hidden messages in their songs. Listen carefully to the dialogue see if you can hear our hidden message! The music playing in the background is our attic version of 'Oral Contact'. Look out for the 'guest' appearance by Jakes uncle in this piece. There is another tribute to Bowie in this with 'Ramona', and also to Sir Dickie Ataboy - my favourite family entertainer.

Hitchcock Moments: This really is my first acting part, at one stage I was thinking of calling us 'Hymen and Carbuncle' a pun of course of 'Simon and Garfunkel' but decided against it in the end. But I had to put those names to use somewhere so this was the perfect opportunity.
